Just commenting on experience with bookings as is today and what's missing for fields/customziations.
1. Separate first and last name - this is not a good practice to have one field. To add a name to dynamics we have to use the split function??? What if it's Robert Downey Jr....lol ug to take into account all these options with a single field 2. Customize labels of fields. 3. Customized fields are in a different section - so something like job title standard b2b field is oddly after the contact info 4. Customized fields don't show they are required when they are required. No red asterick 5. Back to field label customizations. Notes really should be customized label at least. I don't take notes for a meeting I set. I actually present an agenda, topic or discussion points.
So bookings form has some updates, it is not ready to compete quite yet is the point to these customization requests to get it to a professional level usable. 6. To map the customized job field we have to parse the array of info.
Very basic fields are needed for the form First Name, Last Name, Job Title, period, no workaround, no code to connect to dbase, etc. Bookings still has some work to customizable to the level I am sure MS would agree or want for a business intake form. It will get there but it's hard now to make this the pro default solution in a professional business sales and customer support operations.
No but I haven’t checked recently - Ives used split function etc - there are ways to do this easily you can google and find. We haven’t updated anything after we split first last name and simplified form for ease.
