We run an after school care program and we are using Microsoft Bookings to handle the registration of attendees for when they need a space. The problem we are facing is if a family needs to book their child in for a couple days, or a whole week, they have to go through the process of filling in the form, including name, contact info etc five times, maybe even double that if there are two children.

A feature where they could put their details in and then select what days (Plural) they want appointments on would go a long way to improving the user friendliness of this product and vastly improve its attractiveness to the HR staff.
It would even help manage our regular children as we could go through and put their names in for the whole term and then let the parents remove them from the booking if they cancel a random day, freeing up a space for casuals to book in automatically.
At the moment, the simplest way to handle our regular clients is to create an event for each day and then manually reduce the number of seats, which is a nightmare for the admin staff to keep track of when regular clients cancel their bookings.

true, it would be nice to have the possibility to insert recursive appointments !!
The top would also be to set a monthly limit of appointments (example: the event can only repeat xx (2) times)
