We don't use the customer-facing booking system due to the need to manually appoint a room as well as a selected staff member. So we currently have 'Allow customers to manage their appointment' disabled. However, if the customer declines their appointment in their calendar, it doesn't flow through to a cancellation on the Bookings page. If you could enable some sub checkboxes for users to be able to cancel the booking but not create a new booking or reschedule, that would be great.
If a customer needs to reschedule, they contact us directly to schedule.
