Microsoft Bookings is an amazing tool, however, it has limits. It would be great if there was a bit more customisation in the custom fields section under each service. Knowing that Microsoft already uses Forms to create automatic marking it would be great to add the same feature to each booking.
This would allow the users to filter their customers, by making quick surveys that may answer some questions before booking an appointment. It can also be set to help the users to understand/know what their clients may want/require from them before the booking starts.
