Hi,
I run a residential construction company and for each project, we create a detailed Scope of Work for each of the Trade Contractors. Currently, we utilize a template Word document that has all 24 Construction Divisions as Sections (drywall, framing, concrete, etc.) We then need to convert this document into 24 separate pdf files to give to the subcontractors.
Currently, I right click on the Section name in the Navigation Pane and tell it to print that section. I have to do this 24 times.
Is there a way to tell Word to print all sections as individuals? Or create one pdf of all of them and somehow automatically separate the pages by sections? Some sections may be more than one page.
Or does anyone know of an add-in that can help?
