FindTime vote fails

Installed find time and submitted a poll to a group.  One person in the group is in a GCCHIGH O365 government tenant.   When the person attempts to respond to the poll, they get this below.

Is this just expected?

Have you managed to find a support option for this feature? In my case I had a different issue, but I was unable to detect the support path, outside of giving feedback (but not engaging with an IT support person in a conversation)
