ink to text pen

hi, the ink to text pen is not on my toolbar, brand new surface pro 9 with windows 11, I assume the latest version, I've installed the US language pack as main language. All the core features included, however, I am unable to download the 'handwriting' feature of the language pack (us) .. is this feature only available to Microsoft users in the USA? I'm in the UK

Hey@alicefran I have the same issue with my Lenovo yoga 7i. I was talking with the support for 2 Days but noone could help me with this problem. Maybe we have to wait cause they fix something and we getting eccess to it in a few days
