Global incentives payments being delayed? Transact and Grow
Hi MSFT team,
Is there a slowdown in Microsoft's processing of ISV incentive payments linked to the "GL002594 - FY23 Marketplace Transact and Grow Incentive Campaign"?
Despite the Global Partner Incentive Campaign team assuring us that our MPN ID has been determined to be eligible for a campaign payout due to a transactable offer shipped in Q4 2022, an invitation email has yet to be received. It's already the end of March 2023 :(. I understand the review cycle is quarterly, but the end of January should have seen the Q4'22 period email invites go out to the ISV Partners, and March should have seen the payments fully disbursed.
Since February, the message response to support tickets has been "This MPN ID is eligible. We will send out the invites next week," but it's been five weeks already. I am mystified.
I am also the Incentives admin in MPN Portal, and nothing is visible there either in the Incentives area.
Thanks,
Sid
- Hello sid6mathur
Does the offer has a price > 0 USD ? If not that's should be the reason why you don't have it. They consider a transactable offer if you offer a public paid plan >0 USD.
Also are you the person defined as the incentive admin? Meaning you're the person within your org receiving this com ?
If despite all of that you haven't received anything - you unfortunately have to escalate this through support.

Hello sid6mathur your understanding about when you should have received the invite is right.
Might be due to some other things...
Would you mind specifying the storefront your solution was published on ? Is it on AppSource only ? Azure Marketplace only ? or both ?
Also if your plans are public/private ?

It's Azure Marketplace only and public. Published live in November 2022 (Q4' 2022).
Thanks,

sid6mathur thx for the additional context:
Two other qualifying questions
Does the offer has a price > 0 USD ?
If you look at Partner Center >"Incentives" do you see an incentive named "campaigns" as shown below ? Or not at all ?
