Global incentives payments being delayed? Transact and Grow

Does the offer has a price > 0 USD ? If not that's should be the reason why you don't have it. They consider a transactable offer if you offer a public paid plan >0 USD.
Also are you the person defined as the incentive admin? Meaning you're the person within your org receiving this com ?
If despite all of that you haven't received anything - you unfortunately have to escalate this through support.

Under the Enrollments sections -> All Incentive Programs, I don't have a "Campaigns" entry.
My understanding is that this entry is dependent on receiving that missing email (promised in support tickets but not yet delivered, see OP) from email address removed for privacy reasons ?

Sorry, yes, the transactable offer has multiple > 0 USD subscription tiers. I opened two tickets in the past 45 days, but there was no email despite a polite assurance that our MPN ID qualifies and the email will be out current week or next week.

Via a support ticket, I am now finally enrolled in the "Programs" campaign name; thanks for your tips! Now, what do I have to do to claim on (say) "Tier 1: Marketplace Publish incentive" -> "Lever 1: Publish incentive" -> Option 1 or 2 ?
The MPN portal's Incentives -> Campaigns page shows a lot of zeros in all boxes, though it's only been a few hours since the enrollment was fully approved.
