Confirm Self Service Authentication Completed

We have enabled the self service password reset function and enabled the security questions and authentication methods.

And wondering is there a way from within Office 365 to confirm which users have and haven't completed there sercuity questions

No way afaik. Possible with on-prem MFA server, but havent seen anything similar for SSPR yet.

Not sure, answers to Security questions can be considered as personal information, so being able to read them might not be what some organizations want.
