Buy services page has service descriptions in english for spanish admin center

• Description of the issue: The Microsoft 365 Admin Center has not translated texts in the "buy services" page. The main description of Microsoft 365, Office Apps and Services and Business Apps is not translated to spanish.
• Language affected: Spanish (Spain)
• Current translation: there is no translation in the descriptions. Descriptions are in english (see picture bellow).
• Suggested translations and reason for change: I suggest the following translation for the three descriptions:
  • Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 combina Office 365, Windows 10 y Enterprise Mobility + Security en un único producto para su organización. El puesto de trabajo moderno permite a las personas reunirse, colaborar y mantenerse conectadas. Microsoft 365 permite realizar trabajo en equipo conectando servicios como Microsoft Teams, SharePoint y Yammer y proporcionando un centro de colaboración.
  • Office Apps and Services: Office permite a los empleados trabajar desde cualquier lugar. Combinando las mejores aplicaciones como Excel y Outlook con potentes servicios en la nube como OneDrive y Microsoft Teams, Office 365 permite a cualquier persona crear y compartir en cualquier lugar y en cualquier dispositivo.
  • Business Apps: Aumente la productividad de los empleados con aplicaciones que potencian a la organización. Cree aplicaciones, automatice procesos y tareas, planifique y realice un seguimiento de sus proyectos y cree diagramas, organigramas, mapas y flujos de trabajo.
