Not all my Azure subscriptions appear when attempting to submit a Microsoft ticket

Hi,

 

I'm trying to submit a ticket to Microsoft via Azure ("Help + Support") regarding a notification email from Microsoft. I go through the steps, but on the page where I choose my subscriptions, not all of my subscriptions appear. The page is the following:

I have access to 6 Azure subscriptions, but only 3 of them appear. I tried searching, but they don't appear. I was wondering have you encountered this issue before? Thanks!

What is your role for the subscription? Contributor?

Yes, I either have the Owner or Contributor role for my company's subscriptions. It seems that none of the "Owner" ones appear, while 2 of 3 of the "Comtributor" ones appear in the drop-down.
