We have set up a couple of Chat Bots that we will be using for IT and Systems Support. We have the Q and A Maker Chat Bot deployed to Teams and embedded elsewhere but we are interested in the options around Twilio SMS integration. We have worked through the documentation and set things up end to end but this isnt quite working as expected. I cannot see any errors in the Twilio logs for the number in question. Has anyone had any experience in setting this up and usind the Twilio integration? Any pointers would be gratefully appreciated.
