Hi, I read an article about the game dev VM and I signed up to Azure to try it out. In the VM creation process, I cannot select a size for the VM, either in the Germany region or any of several other regions I tried including US regions.
Also how do I buy a multi-tenant license for Windows? and if I chose windows server instead of windows 10, will i still have a desktop environment for the VM?
