This is a stupid but frustrating issue: How do I find a list of the people who have top-level access in our DevOps instance. It is being asked for an audit, and besides myself, I don't know who else has this level access and I can't figure out which of the many, many groups this is. (In SalesForce, for example, I can just filter users by System Administrators.)
