The AVD remote app session is stuck on the blank screen

Since this morning, we have the issue with launching the AVD remote apps. The user tries to launch the app and it requests for the credentials. After entering the credentials, the screen is stuck at "Securing Remote Connection" with the blank screen. Raised the case to MS support however just wanted to know if anyone experience similaire issue.

Yes, we tried rolling back to previous Remote Desktop Client version 1.2.3401, but that did not help. Its not everyone, but takes a very long time to load one application. It seems like FSLogix is not loading quickly. I cannot reproduce the problem myself. Some people are waiting over 10 minutes for one app to open.

@SaranMS Do you have an update for this from Microsoft support?

Having the same issues since 19th morning.

@vivek_girijan No, as usual they are requesting for several logs and before we collect those logs, the issue might be automatically fixed. We are not getting many tickets as of now from the users.
