I have several scaling plans in place for my various host pools, but one host pool requires "spin up" time to be 5:00pm EST and "spin down" time to be 8:00am EST the next morning. Either I'm missing something or there's no way to do this? My "Start Time" is 5:00pm. My "Peak Hours" start at 6:00pm. "Ramp Down" is where the issue comes in. I'm unable to select anything beyond 11:59pm, as I'm told I can't ramp down earlier than I'm starting up? Peak usage of the host pool is between 10:00pm EST and 6:00am EST the next morning as the users are in India.
If anyone knows a way around this, I would greatly appreciate it.
