I try to get automated information from the Service Retirement Notebook in Azure Advisor.

Is there a way to trigger Action Groups or get the affected ressources via CLI?

Yes, you can use Azure CLI to trigger Action Groups or get information about affected resources when receiving automated recommendations from Azure Advisor
Triggering Action Groups:
You can trigger an Action Group using Azure CLI by calling the az monitor metrics alert create command and specifying the Action Group as part of the alert configuration
