Unable to connect PowerBI app with Synpase

Hello, 

 

When I use the PowerBI app to connect with my synapse, it didnt have any problem at all. I have been trying to connect my Synapse into the PowerBI workspace on web browser for my work organisation, however, it has been loading with a few mins, it flagged with the error like  this (http error 404), 

 

Would anyone be able to let me know what the issue behind please?

@nickywong  Can you try again using a different browser or Incognito mode? The problem might be that you've logged in with other types of Microsoft accounts which might be causing the problem. 

 

Also, ensure you specify the workspace (group) ID and not the app ID or report ID. Kindly check to ensure you’re using the correct URL. Instead of using the URL from the properties of the container, try using the Primary Endpoint URL from the properties of the data lake itself. It should look something like this: https://[company].dfs.core.windows.net/[container]/[folder]/[file]
