Show All Files in Storage Explorer or change default pagination

Hello,

Is there a way to see all the files in a blob and not have to deal with the pagination.  I would like to see all the files in one window despite the long scrolling.

Or other way to do this?

Thanks. Unfortunately there is not way to do it via the UI without using a prefix. But I want to see all the the files (up to 5000) not just the prefixed ones. And it does not accept wild cards.
I just don't understand why they would not allow a list of all or wild cards.
