@itsmeupa you can grant any Microsoft Entra user or group access to your free cluster. You need to use a KQL command as documented here.

@Dimitri_Furman Thanks - that was helpful.For ADX Free cluster, if I create the cluster and navigate to the web UI (https://dataexplorer.azure.com/clusters/...........), I am able to see the cluster > database etc. But my team mate, who is an owner as well, CAN NOT. A permission related error comes....

Hi @itsmeupa - if you run out of storage capacity on the free ADX cluster, new data won't be collected, but existing data will remain accessible via dashboards. By default, dashboards use the last one hour as the time interval, so after one hour, dashboards will be empty when you open them. You can ...

Hi @Dimitri_Furman , I have set up database watcher successfully. My question is if I use Azure Data Explorer FREE which only allows 100gb of data, what happens when that limit is reached? Do the dbWatcher dashboards stop showing insights on current data? Do we get some kind of prior warning?
