We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/18, 13:30 UTC. Our logs shows the incident started on 02/18, 09:35 UTC and that during the 3 hours and 55 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, customers using Application Insights in Central India region may have experienced data latency, delays or missed Log Search Alerts.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in backend dependent service.
