We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/29, 16:56 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/29, 15:00 UTC and that during the 1 hour & 56 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers might experienced issues with Data Access in West Europe region for Log Analytics and also issues with Log Alerts not being triggered as expected.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our backend service.
