We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/10, 14:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/10, 13:05 UTC and that during the 1 hour & 20 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced data access issues and issues with missed or delayed Log Search Alerts in Central US region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our dependent service.
