This is a retroactive notification for an incident in Application Insights. Our logs shows that approximately 5% of web tests running in CUS, EUS and WUS could have experienced timeouts during below impact window.
West US (UTC):

8/27: 00:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 19:00
East US (UTC):
8/26: 10:00 to 13:00 and 19:00 to 00:00
