If parameter "inferencingPassword" in property of topology.json could be removed

An issue raised in Azure-Samples/video-analyzer-iot-edge-python in github and would see

If parameter "inferencingPassword" in property of topology.json could be removed if authentication of token is not expected to be set for repository in container registry
