We cannot open pile others computer

Hi, I have a big problem. Two months ago, someone created a file and left the company, 
but the file is opened only on the computer where it was created, and the file is not opened on other computers. 
Looking at the picture above, we cannot see anything on the pile...
Actually I'm a new employee and I don't know anything about access. 
But my boss wants me to fix this error.... So I really really need your help right now....

Have tried to hold down the "Shift" key? Hold the "Shift" key until the database open in design view.

you may also try to Upload the db here and let someone troubleshoot it.
