I want to update our SharePoint 2013 SP1. What is the next higher Update-Version (CU) that i can directly apply?

The latest SharePoint 2013 update, is the January 2018 cumulative update:

Thank you for your quickly Response. I want use, if possible, the latest or penultimate stable Version 2017. I think that the jump to 2018 is too big.

It is correct these updates are cumulative, but every update might introduce new problems. Normally it's a good idea to not install the latest update, but a previous one. For example: you might want to use the December 2017 update.
