Hello and Good day! I'm a newcomer here searching any answers for my problem.
When we try to encode using our mobile app (please see image below), the time being input is -8 hours but when we try this using the desktop application, the time is correct.
As seen in the image, the input time is 15:30 PM instead of 11:30 PM.
How can we correct the issue? I already checked the formula (=NOW()+"16.00").
PS:
The file is locked by our supervisor so we cannot. manually encode time.
