Viva Glint: score and rating questions
A score is calculated by the system only when the questions is a rating-type questions? What when the question is open-ended or multiple choices? In the official documentation, the favorability score is intended as calculated for a 5-point scale. If I convert all the rating questions in my survey from a 5-points scale to a 10-points scale, this score is adjusted automatically? How? What does mean the alert message below and which are the implications? It occurs when I create a rating question with a scale different from 5.Score coloring
According to the documentation, when a score is Gray is because: Items are excluded from scoring because there's no benchmark comparison, or they're low to medium impact drivers https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/glint/reports/report-analytics-filtering-favorability-trending but how can identify if the gray is due to the absence of a benchmar or to the level of the impact driver? Can you suggest a way to distinguish the case by using a Glint feature like reports or other? Thanks, Tommaso
Taxonomy with Benchmark lookup
People Science Consultants are asking where they can get a taxonomy document that shows which items have benchmarks. I've been directing them to the platform Library. They do have to look up each item though, which is time consuming. Is there another way Partner PSCs are meant to quickly check on this? Or is the platform the best approach?Demo Dashboard for Survey Previewing
My customer wants to run a Demo Dashboard to preview their data before the survey launches. They have a user file uploaded that contains manager hierarchy information for 1200+ employees. All 1200+ are listed as Distribution List recipients for this survey. However, when they approve > preview > generate demo dashboard for their survey, the dashboard provides a message that implies there's not enough data to see results. The Company Admin should be able to see ALL employee results. Any suggestions for first steps for troubleshooting? (Or anything major they overlooked in setup)? Or should they file a ticket with MSFT?
Supported Languages (Viva Glint)
I was using this list (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/pulse/get-started/supported-languages) to share with customers which languages are available. However, in the platform, the full list of 71 or so languages is available to select. Do you know why the external list is shorter? What happens if I use a language that's in the system but not on the list?Phased access to results
With the phased access, the survey results are available when the program is completed. However: - Is there an automatic announcement to managers when the survey is completed and the results are available? - Once the survey is completed, can I choose the date when the results can be accessed or when the email with announcement is sent?Security Questions - Viva Glint
What encryption is used for Data in Transit and Data in rest? Does it integrate with the SIEM tool LogRhythm to manage logs? How is the security of the collected personal data ensured during its processing and storage? And how long? How is the communication between LIC components for example, SAP done to get all the initial details is it through API, or is it secured and encrypted? How is user provisioning done, what standard protocol SCIM and SAML is supported?
