Demo Dashboard for Survey Previewing

My customer wants to run a Demo Dashboard to preview their data before the survey launches.  They have a user file uploaded that contains manager hierarchy information for 1200+ employees. All 1200+ are listed as Distribution List recipients for this survey.  However, when they approve > preview > generate demo dashboard for their survey, the dashboard provides a message that implies there's not enough data to see results.  The Company Admin should be able to see ALL employee results.

Any suggestions for first steps for troubleshooting? (Or anything major they overlooked in setup)? Or should they file a ticket with MSFT?

    Hello StephanieNoack, it does appear that the proper steps were taken.  The only additional item would be to ensure that questions are established for the correct survey cycle? In the meantime, I will test internally and let you know if I see any issues.

      Thanks for looking into this for me! The client's setup doesn't have multiple cycles, and all items are selected for the survey. Thank you so much for your help on this! Let me know if you need anything else from me. 🙂

        Hello StephanieNoack, while we continue to troubleshoot, can you initiate the demo dashboard preview again?  Please note, this can take up to an hour to fully load the customer's survey data.  The message stating you do not have enough responses will appear until the data loads.
