MicrosoftHello StephanieNoack, while we continue to troubleshoot, can you initiate the demo dashboard preview again? Please note, this can take up to an hour to fully load the customer's survey data. The message stating you do not have enough responses will appear until the data loads.

robertdeanStephanieNoack , I've had this happen for a live survey. I know your survey isn't live but what I had to do as a work around is do the preview on the next cycle then it worked. For example, if you're on cycle 1 set cycle 2 to match from a questions perspective then generate the preview. Let me know if this works. Thanks!
