Ensuring anonymity for small groups & teams
How does Glint generally deal with smaller groups & teams (size <5) to ensure anonymity in the survey?

Hello @stefaniezepf ,
Glint surveys are confidential, meaning that responses of >5 are visible to relevant end-users in aggregate form. Those users that do not meet the confidentiality threshold will not see survey results on their dashboard. If access is granted, those users are able to login, however they will receive a message stating they do not have enough responses to meet the confidentiality threshold. I have shared a couple documents below that should help to provide additional clarity. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
- Glint Confidentiality: How Viva Glint helps you protect your privacy | Microsoft Learn
- Broader Teams Insights: Use Viva Glint’s Broader Team Insights feature | Microsoft Learn
- BTI allows users that do not meet the threshold the ability to view their upline manager's results in an abbreviated dashboard.
