Purpose
This program is designed to equip you with the foundational knowledge required to deliver Viva Glint’s People Science core service deliverables to customers, helping them to experience people success.
Objectives of the Program
- Gain an understanding of the purpose and benefits of Viva Glint
- Be familiar with key People Science concepts and frameworks
- Develop proficiency in Viva Glint’s People Science stakeholder alignment process
- Learn how to facilitate a typical Vision and Strategy session
- Learn how to design a fit-for-purpose survey program
- Learn how to analyze and present insights gleaned from a survey
- Learn what are the practices that help to transform the employee experience
Structure of the Program
The program is comprised of three parts:
- e-Learning Path - This self-paced learning content includes: 1. Viva Glint Introduction, 2. People Science 101 and 3. People Science Consulting. This e-learning is an essential component of the enablement process and is the first step to getting you ready to work with a customer. Time commitment: ~6 hours
- Demonstration Videos and Readings - To further support your development, you will have access to recorded videos that dive into the Viva Glint approach. We have also provided you with links to reading materials which further expand on the e-Learning content and will help you to apply your learning. Time commitment: ~5 hours
- Assessment: Completion of the Viva Glint People Scientist Assessment is required to demonstrate competency. You should only attempt the assessment following completion of the entire learning path.
