MS365 Project Drawings
We have a strange issue with drawings in MS Project.
We draw a text box and we save the file. if we open the file again the drawing is gone.
If we open the file on a different computer the textbox is showing.
I've uninstalled project but the problem stays.
Is there anyone here who has a suggestion were to look.

Does the same thing happen to you if the inserted object is, for example, an arrow?

The Same thing happens with all the Gant Drawings. If i save they disappear.

The idea was to check if there was a problem with the font of the text (Arial for example, by right-clicking on the frame and selecting Font...).
It may be a problem with the graphics management by the device hardware: graphics card, driver, system configuration, ...

The file you sent works fine on my desktop version, and the text box is displayed after saving and opening.
Other tests:
Save and open the file on your local disk.
Reinstall or repair and update the Ms Project software.
Standard monitor resolution (e.g. 1920x1080).
Clear the Project Cache.

After saving the textbox is gone..
The strange thing is that i have this with 3 different computers now. But on 2 others everything is showing. 1 pc with project 2019 and 2 with o365 (not showing), other 2 with o365 (showing)

Coluld you show us a screenshot with the Properties after selecting your Text Box object in the Gantt and selecting them in Menu > Gantt Char Format > Drawings > Drawing > Properties ?

What happens if you toggle the Tekeningen weergeven option off and on?
Try this. Select the Tracking Gantt view. Add a text box, save the file and re-open. Does the text box appear?

If i open a document and add a textbox, the textbox is showing. If i toggle then the textbox appears and disappears. Afterwards i save the document and re-open it, and the textbox is not showing but the option is ON. On another laptop with the same version of Project the textbox is showing. So i dont understand it :-)

Try selecting Show Drawings in Menu bar > Gantt Chart Format > Format > Layout
