Unfortunately, there isn’t an official “never show again” option for the Pin Copilot Chat prompt yet. It’s part of Microsoft’s gradual Copilot rollout and tends to reappear when Teams updates or reloads. The best workaround is to make sure Copilot isn’t pinned already, and if you’re an admin, you can manage or disable the Copilot app under Teams Admin Center → Apps → Manage apps → search for “Microsoft 365 Copilot” and block or restrict it for users. For individual users, you can also try clearing Teams’ cache and re-signing in, which sometimes resets the reminder behavior — though it may come back with the next update.
