Notification with external
Hi all,
I'm currently working for a client where the CISO has a specific question that I'm unable to answer.
He's looking for a to set some sort of a notification in a Teams chat when a employee is working with external people.
Yes, they have the little label that says "External", but he prefers a more prominent label/message that should say something like: " Your communication with someone out of your organisation".
Like the messages you get when you've got DLP set up.
Does anyone has an idea how I can make this happen?
Greatly appriciated.
stefanhems have not seen that but maybe you can put it in the feedback channel more expression on external chat · Community (microsoft.com)

but maybe there is some sort of a workaround?
They're not so concerned about chat messages, but it's about the sharing of files. When the external shares a (malicious) file... they need to see and be aware of the possibility that the file could be malicious.stefanhems Files in teams are always scanned before they are being shared so this should not be of any issue.
