Hi all, I have a user that wants to integrate StarLeaf into one of his Microsoft Teams group. He is not the owner of the group. The issue he reported: "Currently, Starleaf for Teams is installed, but when there is any attempt to setup using the integration token generated from our systems admin in Starleaf, an error occurs." The link for instructions he used: https://support.starleaf.com/integrating/starleaf-for-microsoft-teams/#3-Install+StarLeaf+for One of the errors he gets: "Something went wrong. Reinstall StarLeaf for Teams." Any idea of what to do? Kind regards, Dino1.6KViews1like6CommentsPlease tell me how to disable the Pin Copilot message

Is it possible to alter the co-organiser of a recurring meeting if the owner of the meeting series is not available to? They are on long-term leave and we need someone else (part of the meeting anyway) to manage the series. Is it possible as a global admin perhaps?36Views0likes1CommentTest call option not showing up in Teams?
Hi I've downloaded a personal version of Teams and need to test it. However, the 'Test call' option is not available? I've tried 2 methods: 1) typing 'Test call' in the search bar and pressing enter - nothing happens when I do this! 2) going to Settings then Devices then checking for the 'Test call' option - but it's not there! I've attached what I can see when I got to Devices and what I should be able to see (from a video I watched online) I'm using Version 1.4.00.22472 (64-bit). Can anyone please advise?114KViews3likes17CommentsTeams Stamps External Users with Trust Indicators
Attackers might attempt to use social engineering to trick Teams users in compromise. Trusted indicators help users understand the status of external users with difficult visual markers. The idea is that users will see the marker and realize that they should be less trusting in their communications. Sounds good. But maybe securing external access for Teams with a comprehensive block list is even better? https://office365itpros.com/2025/10/02/trust-indicator-teams/81Views1like4CommentsTeams meeting that I created will not let me join
I have created several video meetings within Teams. When I click on the invitation link within my Outlook calendar or the "join" button I am brought to Teams. I confirm that my camera is on and that I am going to use my computer audio. When I click the "join" button I get the message - "when the meeting starts, we’ll let people know you’re waiting”. Mu invited guest get the same message and are waiting on their end as well. I created the meeting. I would assume that I could join the meeting and that I would be notified when they are queued up to be admitted to the meeting. Anyone have an idea what is going on here?10KViews1like7CommentsGreen Blocky Glitch on Shared Screen in New Teams Meeting
I have a user on New Teams that repeatedly has trouble with screens being shared in meetings by other people showing up as a Green Blocky mess on her end. So far we have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled New Teams, updated graphics drivers, tested her internet connection (measured at 300Mbps down by 35Mbps Up and she is the only user on it) performed normal system maintenance (SFC, D.I.S.M, CHKDSK), and restarts galore. No luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.11KViews8likes50Comments
