amoller Avoid Island mode is the lesson, there a many problems like this.
For this also check the settings for your headset, there are settings for dialtones in them too. This is an example from Plantronics Hub.
LinusCansby I found that uninstalling the plantronics hub software resolved the dial tone and hang up tone that I was experiencing during team calls.
