ALL MEETINGS IN PROGRESS view/details?

I'm working on some challenging video issues during Teams meetings that some of my users are experiencing, and something that would be super helpful is a "live overview" of meetings when they're in progress (from the "back end" or admin perspective). In the Zoom admin portal, there's a really handy view of "all meetings in progress" where one can easily drill into a meeting and see each participant's connectivity/device info (i.e. wired/wireless? client type? client version? etc.). I'm not seeing similar functionality in Teams, but I'm sure there are a range of admin/tenant-level diagnostic tools I just haven't discovered --- can someone point me in the right direction?

  • SW-SoCo2 Teams doesn't have an 'all' view like that, but the meeting diagnostics exist for current and previous meetings if you search for a user and look at the Meeting and Calls tab.

We can also view aggregates of previous call data through Call Quality Dashboard, useful for monitoring for changes that are impacting call reliability.

Not that I know of, surprised that Zoom does as in some organizations it could be thousands of simultaneous calls

Yes - it could definitely be challenging with thousands of simultaneous meetings in a very large org, and I'm guessing that there are scoping (and perhaps even "type" of subscription?) limitations for that very reason. Sure is a handy window into what's happening on the back end of a meeting though (when the number of participants makes such a tool manageable!) 🙂
