Microsoft Learn for Educators: Learning download centre
I am writing to report an issue I am currently facing with the Microsoft Learn for Educators platform. I am unable to access the Learning download centre to retrieve the necessary teaching materials and notes. Despite multiple attempts, the page either fails to load or does not grant me access to the downloadable content. This has hindered my preparation for upcoming lessons and I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

If you’re unable to log into the Learning Download Center (LDC), here are a few steps to review:
- Confirm your MSLE access
Ensure you can access the MSLE Portal using your personal Microsoft Account (MSA). - Try the same account for LDC
If you already have portal access, use that same account to log in. If it still doesn’t work, open a completely new InPrivate/Incognito window in your browser (with no other accounts signed in) and try again. - If the issue persists
From the MSLE portal, click Help in the top-right corner to raise a support ticket. This will allow the technical support team to assist you further:
