Our MSLE Community Managers are here to assist you every step of the way, from guiding you through instructor-led onboarding sessions to helping you teach your initial course. Their goal is to ensure both your personal success and the success of your students, building new technical skills for the future.
The support provided by our Community Managers in the MSLE Teams Community extends to six languages – English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Our MSLE Community Managers can directly respond to your questions in the MSLE Community discussion space – please use the Connect and Ask Questions button to start conversations.

I’ve been part of Microsoft since 2020, contributing to various projects, and have been focused on community management since February 2024. As the first point of contact for all things MSLE, I support onboarding, host office hours, and ensure our community members feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.

Hola, mi nombre es Gisella y desde julio de 2021 formo parte del programa MS Learn para Educadores. Cuento con varios años de experiencia en Microsoft, donde he participado en diversos proyectos comerciales y educativos. A lo largo de mi trayectoria, he desarrollado habilidades en atención al cliente, y me apasiona ayudar a las personas a resolver dudas y consultas, facilitando su acceso al conocimiento necesario para formar parte de la comunidad de MS Learn para Educadores.
Mi objetivo es hacer que esta aventura de aprendizaje sea accesible y enriquecedora para todos.

No MSLE, o foco atual do meu apoio é à comunidade de língua portuguesa, ajudando a conectar docentes e a tornar o uso de IA e dos recursos do programa mais acessível, relevante e eficiente — tudo isso com entusiasmo e compromisso nesta maravilhosa jornada!

Je travaille sur le programme Microsoft Learn pour les Enseignants (MSLE) depuis juillet 2020, principalement pour les pays francophones. Ce que j’apprécie le plus à propos de MSLE est le fait de créer du lien avec les enseignants et les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs. J’aime aussi la possibilité d’en apprendre tous les jours, dans le cadre de ce formidable programme. C’est un plaisir de faire partie de cette grande communauté.
