Microsoft Learn for Educators: Learning download centre

Hello again, khuneswari​ and everyone who might face similar situation.

If you’re unable to log into the Learning Download Center (LDC), here are a few steps to review:

1. Confirm your MSLE access
   Ensure you can access the MSLE Portal using your personal Microsoft Account (MSA).
2. Try the same account for LDC
   If you already have portal access, use that same account to log in. If it still doesn’t work, open a completely new InPrivate/Incognito window in your browser (with no other accounts signed in) and try again.
3. If the issue persists
   From the MSLE portal, click Help in the top-right corner to raise a support ticket. This will allow the technical support team to assist you further:
