How to make the most of Copilot in Human Resources?
Here is a bit of a different question than I have seen in this forum. What are some best practices and interesting use cases you all have seen with Copilot in HR departments? I want to make sure our team is using it effectively. Any automation scenarios or hr tools that integrate with Copilot?
Chat icon disappears in the M365 Copilot Chat
Hi, We are an Education tenant and have an issue where the "Chat" icon disappears from the left hand navigation in the M365 Copilot Chat app (or Web) after you click on e.g. "Search". The only way to get the Chat icon back is to restart the app or refresh the web page. This only happens to unlicensed users while users with a paid license don't have this issue. Version we are running is: bizchat.20251030.51.4 Anyone else experiencing this issue? ** Screenshots ** 1. When starting the M365 Copilot Chat app the "Chat" icon is present 2. Clicking the "Search" (or any other icon) then "Chat" disappears and will not come back until you restart the app. Same behavior in Web.
agent doesnt appears en my session
I have Microsoft Premium, and when I go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat/, the AI agent options don't appear. I contacted support, and after hours of trying incognito windows, different browsers, and the mobile app, it still doesn't work, and they told me to post here. When I open the agent dropdown, nothing appears.
Calling Copilot Studio Agent from custom M365 Copilot
Hi All! I am trying to use custom Copilot Studio Agent from custom Copilot for M365. I added Agent as a tool but when trying to test that in the conversation I receive error message: "Error Message: The connector 'Microsoft Copilot Studio' returned an HTTP error with code 400. Inner Error: Invalid request body Error Code: ConnectorRequestFailure Conversation Id: 832800f4-48fd-4ab4-a3e1-ec1f58f2b0c3 Time (UTC): 2025-11-18T19:40:16.710Z" It is happening even for 'empty' Copilot Studio Agents. Workflows and App Builder Agents
Hey everyone, I have recently started using the Workflows and App Builder Agents, which are currently in preview through the Frontier programme and I would like to know your opinions on these tools as well. From my side, Workflows: didn't work once for me, most of the time, the flow is correctly generated, and connections are established but the flow fails to save. when it did save (that two times), it couldn't use the Outlook getEmails actions to pull information and errored out we don't have any DLP policies to block its use, so I don't understand why nothing is working here. last, it's no possible to edit the flow, which is not a great experience especially when trying to figure out what went wrong. App Builder: users need the permission to create a fresh sharepoint site for each app, this is a horrible experience for admin, as there could be hundreds new sites as users play around with the agent, why not allow users to pick an already established site, as all it does is create a list to store the information in? it's not possible to edit the app manually, so you're stuck talking to the agent for a long time to make changes that would take seconds in the PowerApps editor. when making changes through the editor, you can ask the agent to change a single thing in the app, then it 'kinda' understand and changes the entire thing either way, adding to the frustration. So all-in-all, both agents are a great concept, but they are still waaaay behind in what they promise.Auditing Claude Usage with the Copilot Researcher Agent
The question was asked if it was possible to identify use of the Claude LLM by the Copilot Researcher Agent. Audit records often help, so that’s the natural location to check.
