Enabling Microsoft Teams Room for Meeting Forwarding and Adding External Parties

We are looking for guidance on how to allow all users to forward meetings and add external parties to our Microsoft Teams Rooms. Our organization has recently adopted Microsoft Teams Rooms to enhance collaboration and communication, but we've encountered some challenges in configuring these rooms to meet our specific needs. We have two primary requirements: 1. Meeting Forwarding: We want all users to have the capability to forward meetings scheduled in our Microsoft Teams Rooms to other team members. This feature is important for flexibility and ensuring that meetings are effectively managed. 2. Adding External Parties: Additionally, we want to enable the ability to add external parties (e.g., clients, partners) to our Microsoft Teams Room meetings via forwarding the email. This is crucial for our external collaborations and ensuring seamless communication. We've been exploring the Teams admin settings and documentation, but we haven't been able to find clear instructions on how to achieve these objectives. Has anyone successfully configured their Microsoft Teams Rooms to enable these features? If so, could you please share your insights, guidance, or any steps that worked for you? Can I save all the meetings recordings to a local server
I have a client who wishes to have all their meeting recordings saved to a local server for offline backups and also their policy requires them to have these files locally available. Is there a way that this can be done by automating since it's possible to download the files and trasnfer manually. Was trying to look at the Microsoft Graph but no luck yet. I'm starting to use the speaker attribution feature in Teams Rooms. Now that were have Copilot and Intelligent Meeting Recap I need this in place for Teams Rooms. Once I register my voice and face in the new Teams Client, where is this data stored? and how do I delete these voice and face profiles for users? Daily form where every member of the team can add to the same response
We have a team of 20 professionals and we have a morning meeting via Teams. We now have to have one person fill out the form, but they don't always get all of the responses, is there any way to make an MS Forms tab that allows us all to work on the same response each day. I know we can make a Whiteboard template and have it come up on the daily meeting but we have 5 blind team members and Whiteboards are not accessible and we want them to be able to contribute. Every day, we ask if people know if any team members are absent, if there are any safety concerns, class coverage needs, discharge interviews needing to be scheduled, etc. So it is the same 15 questions every day, and every member of the team holds maybe 1 or 2 part of an entry of a daily response and it takes all of us to complete the questions in it's entirety. Example: Bob might say Mary is out, John says Kelly is out, Sara says Kelly and Mike are out. then Bob says Veteran A is discharging and needs an interview and Stacey says that heat is out in room 6616. So we would want Bob, John and Sara, put that in the same response on a form and everyone else see that as they put it in. Then submit the form to keep track of each day.
Problem with Sony Speaker SRS- XG300
I have 2 speakers as LG PK5 and Sony SRS- XG300 but I get trouble with this. Please help me. I need to set up for meeting in my company, but it didn't work well. Meeting with WEB teams: Volume of 2 speakers is equal as installed. Meeting with Teams app: 1. LG - ok with volume level what I installed. 2. Sony - Sound is too small, it doesn't work as its volume. Here’s a summary of our needs: 1. Monitoring Actual Presence of Employees: we struggle to accurately determine the physical presence of our collaborators during the workday. We're interested in finding out if there are any policies or add-ons that can integrate with Teams to provide more precise indications of presence. 2. Detecting the Actual Status of Employees: we often find that the automatic presence status in Teams does not accurately reflect an employee’s real availability. We would be interested in discovering tools that improve this functionality, perhaps through more sophisticated integrations that consider real calendar commitments. 3. Improving Cooperation and Work Group Organization: we are looking for solutions that can facilitate better organization of common activities and enhance the effectiveness of communication. 4. Recreating Typical In-Person Work Situations: with the increase in remote work, we want to implement tools that help recreate the spontaneity of face-to-face encounters, such as virtual coffee breaks or spaces for casual meetings. We are open to exploring Mesh for Microsoft Teams but also other solutions that might include specific add-ons or policy configurations that enhance these functionalities. Hello everyone, we are currently using Teams to conduct exams with external vendors/clients. When we get another call, the meeting is place on hold, which is the norm. However, we noted that the meeting where we have the remote control engage is lost when the call is paused. Is this the normal process? Any workarounds that can be done. Example: User is in control of another PC. User receives another calls and picks up (doesn’t matter if it’s on a PC or mobile) and causes the initial meeting to drop the control and another request has to be submitted.Subtitles in another language for a teams conference doesn't make any sense
Hi everyone, If someone wants to rewatch the conference recording and set the subtitle language to English (the main language of the conference is German), the subtitles currently do not make sense. Is this an issue with settings, possibly because the language was not correctly set in the conference options, or is it a licensing problem? What needs to be considered to ensure that the subtitles are correctly translated in the recording?
