Teams Premium - Meeting Recap availability in GCC Tenant

Hello, I have a simple question i could not locate the exact answer other than one post saying Spring of 2024?

I know Teams premium is available in GCC (gov) tenant. Does anyone know if the Meeting recap (AI) feature is available in the GCC tenant currently?
