Daily form where every member of the team can add to the same response

We have a team of 20 professionals and we have a morning meeting via Teams. We now have to have one person fill out the form, but they don't always get all of the responses, is there any way to make an MS Forms tab that allows us all to work on the same response each day.

I know we can make a Whiteboard template and have it come up on the daily meeting but we have 5 blind team members and Whiteboards are not accessible and we want them to be able to contribute.

Every day, we ask if people know if any team members are absent, if there are any safety concerns, class coverage needs, discharge interviews needing to be scheduled, etc. So it is the same 15 questions every day, and every member of the team holds maybe 1 or 2 part of an entry of a daily response and it takes all of us to complete the questions in it's entirety.

Example: Bob might say Mary is out, John says Kelly is out, Sara says Kelly and Mike are out. then Bob says Veteran A is discharging and needs an interview and Stacey says that heat is out in room 6616.

So we would want Bob, John and Sara, put that in the same response on a form and everyone else see that as they put it in. Then submit the form to keep track of each day.

blindhawkeye you could try using the new meeting agenda for Teams meetings.

These are built on Loop so you can see people editing and adding to it live, and anyone can make changes to it.

I’m not sure how this would go with your team members who are vision impaired though. Are there specific applications that work better for them?

You could also try a Microsoft Form or just a Word/Excel doc.
