Moving conversation from one Notebook to another....
Is it possible to move a conversation out of a notebook? I am not seeing the option if it does exist. I don't want to DELETE the conversation as that seems to permanently remove the conversation. This seems like basic function so I assume I'm doing it wrong. THX>
Copilot Chat Arrives in Microsoft 365 Apps
The rollout of the Copilot Chat integration with the Microsoft 365 apps has started, with the intention of making it easier to use AI in peoples’ work. Nice as the integration is, the news that an Open in Word action button is coming (soon) to allow content generated by Copilot to be edited in Word is even better. Last week, I saw a Microsoft-provided Outlook Index Agent in the Agent templates under my account in Tenant A, which has an active M365 Copilot subscription. This week, I tried to create the same Outlook Index Agent in Tenant B, which also has an active M365 Copilot subscription and preview features enabled, but I couldn’t find the template anymore. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Could it be due to incorrect operations, or are there any settings in the admin center that need to be adjusted?
What's difference creating Agent from Copilot page vs from Copilot Studio -> Copilot for M365?
Hello, I am learning about Copilot and was very confused by these two different ways to do it. My understanding is both are "Declarative Agents" which lets the Microsoft 365 Copilot do the most heavy lifting. Method 1. First way is to go to Copilot page and clicking 'Create an Agent' w3 Method 2: Going to Copilot Studio -> Agents -> Copilot for Microsoft 365 -> New Agent (Couldn't find a screenshot) Q1. Anyway, first, I created an Agent using the first Method 1 above, and now I see it on the Copilot page under 'Agents' section. However, when I go to Copilot Studio -> Agents -> Copilot for Microsoft 365, I don't see that Agent there. Is this normal and intended? Q2. Is an Agent created using the Method 1 only available to people who have Copilot license? (as long as they are shared; I see options are only me, anyone in the organization, and specific users in the organization) Q3. Could you please confirm agents created using either way above are both "Declarative Agents"? Sorry for the newbie questions in advance... Hi everyone, I’ve noticed that the Copilot prompt recommendation no longer appears in Word Online. Normally, when I type "prepare," I see a suggested prompt, but now I only see my prompt history. In the MS365 app, however, the recommendations still appear. I’ve confirmed that I have an active full Copilot license and that all MS products are updated. Has Microsoft removed this feature, or is there a setting I can enable to restore it? This feature is very helpful for quickly generating accurate prompts. I have a very large document. It is over 67000 words and over 200 pages. I tried to use the embedded copilot and it is worthless. The response time when it responds to a conversation is minutes. The response is one word at a time. It can take 5-10 minutes to repeat a long paragraph. I have used the free copilot app and copy/past back and forth. This works great until my conversation is truncated. Then copilot loses context around my document and the responses become almost useless without telling it what to do word for word. I am writing a novel. After truncation, it does not know any character names. Their personalities, anything. I get tons of sequence errors and logic issues. I can use it for a few days and get it working great. Then the conversation is truncated and I have to start over again. I tried attaching my document to the copilot app. I get a message that the content is too dark. It is about a young girl who is burned in a fire and how she succeeds after that. No cusswords, no graphic sex. Just the scene of escaping from a fire and getting burned. I really am not finding copilot as useful as it could be if I had space to save conversations.
