Outlook appointment add-in
Hi all, I am developing an outlook add-in that can be used to order a sandwich when creating an calendar entry in outlook. By default, outlook web add-ins are available when reading a mail. I want this add-in to be available when creating/updating a calendar entry. In the documentation I found that the manifest file should include rule with type appointment: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/outlook/activation-rules But this does not seem to work for me. Mail add-in Adding the addin to a mail works perfectly: Procedure: open any mail > 3 dots > get addins > my addins > add custom addin > select xml file result: - Helloworldaddin is available in every mail opened for reading. - Helloworldaddin is not available for calendar events. Calendar entry If I use the same procedure in a calendar entry, nothing happens. I don't even get a popup to add a custom add-in. Procedure: open calendar event > 3 dots > get add-ins > Result: no pup-up to add my add-in.. Has anyone any idea? Big thanksSharepoint migration tool - Last modified field
Hi all I am migrating 100+ Sharepoint sites from Sharepoint 2010 On Premise to Sharepoint Online with the well known Sharepoint migration tool. When I was doing some tests, I noticed some documents having their a wrong "Last modified" field. Sometimes it is set to "System Account". Test scenario: SPMT version: SPMT config: csv bulk migration Source: 100x the same on premise site Destination: different sharepoint online site SPMT config: default (No AD User Mapping) Result: Some of the sites have documents with the last modified field set to "System Account". Other sites do not experience this problem. Meaning that the last modified is the same as the ones in the sharepoint on premise site. It is very inconsistent. Most of the time, it are 5 sites on a row with this issue. And then 20 sites without any issue. I have checked the "FailureSummaryReport" file and the logs. But there is no entry concerning the documents missing the last modified. Questions: Is this a known issue with the SPMT? Can this be linked to throttling? My thoughts: - The AD does not respond in time to the SPMT. SPMT does not experience this as blocking so goes on migrating other documents. But why is this not logged in the failure raport? - I have tried to solve it with a delta migration. But no success. Because the document has not been changed it not migrated again. Thanks in advanceMulti level group
Hi All, Within a document library view of sharepoint online, there seems to be a limit of 2 on the amount group by's that can be done. One of my clients needs to group on 3 or even more levels. My quetsions: - Is this functionality coming in future releases? - Is there any alternative to achieve this functionality? I am thinking of Conditional Formatting? Thanks in advance
