7月になって、Excel は、VBA がらみのトラブルが多くていまだに未解決のままのようなので、ご利用の Excel のバージョンなどの詳細な情報がないのですが、仮に、Ver.2206 以降のものであれば、ロールバックして、Ver.2205（6月の段階）まで戻してみて、症状が改善されるかどうか？試してみてはいかがでしょうか。 Microsoft コミュニティの方では、VBA がらみのトラブルがたくさんあがってますが、どれも基本的には、Ver.2205 まで戻して回避しているのが現状です。 VBA 以外にも表示がおかしくなるなどのトラブルもあるようです。

What type and version of Windows do you use? If you use the Insider preview version for Windows 10, please try to update to the latest version. I have checked the same trouble at the time of Windows 10 ver.1703 (Build16176.1000), but the current version is fine.
